
Sprog has had enough of Biscotti, as she is not allowed to be involved it, and decided that it was her turn at the weekend so she opted for a lovely carrot cake with with cream cheese frosting, and "some pretty sparkly toppings, please". The result- a pretty cake that tasted delicious, recipe called "Frosted carrot Squares" from BBC Good Food magazine.
